July 29, 2023— प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी 29 जुलाई को नई दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के तीसरे सालगिरह पर अखिल भारतीय शिक्षा समागम का उद्घाटन करेंगे। इस दो दिवसीय कार्यक्रम को शिक्षा मंत्रालय और कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता मंत्रालय द्वारा आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इस अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा विभिन्न पहलों का शुभारंभ किया जाएगा।
आईआईटी हैदराबाद ने फ्रैक्टल एकेडमिक्स के साथ Multidisciplinary Courses की शुरुआत की है जहां आईआईटी हैदराबाद में फ्रैक्टल एकेडमिक्स 0.5 से 3 तक के क्रेडिट वाले पाठ्यक्रम प्रदान करता है। आईआईटी हैदराबाद में सभी यूजी कोर्स के पाठ्यक्रम में 10% लिबेरल आर्ट्स शामिल की गई हैं और छात्र इंस्टिट्यूट से बाहर भी क्रेडिट कमा सकते है।
प्रोफेसर मूर्ति का कहना है कि आईआईटी हैदराबाद बिल्ड परियोजनाओं के माध्यम से छात्र इनोवेशन का समर्थन करता है और ऐसे Innovation, Startup को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए एक सेमेस्टर ब्रेक भी प्रदान करता है।
आईआईटी हैदराबाद के डायरेक्टर ने बताया है कि इन्नोवशन और स्टार्टअप को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए टेक्नोलॉजी रिसर्च पार्क (TRP) और स्टार्टअप्स के लिए 150,000 वर्गफुट जगह वाले टेक्नोलॉजी इनक्यूबेशन पार्क (TIP) बनाए गए हैं।
तेलंगाना राज्य के क्षेत्रीय कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता के प्रयोगशाला निदेशक श्री विद्यानंद ने कहा है कि तेलंगाना राज्य व्यावसायिक शिक्षा को सामान्य शिक्षा के साथ एकीकृत करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करता है साथ ही तेलंगाना राज्य छात्रों को शैक्षणिक और व्यावहारिक कौशल दोनों प्रदान करने की दिशा में काम कर रहा है।
श्री विद्यानंद ने बताया है कि कि प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना (PMKY 2022-23) के तहत, स्कूल, उच्च शिक्षा संस्थान, कॉलेज, विश्वविद्यालय, राष्ट्रीय प्रतिष्ठा वाले संस्थान आदि को ‘कौशल हब’ के रूप में पंजीकृत किया जा रहा है, इसके तहत तहत गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा सकेगा।
प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना के तहत संस्थानों को ‘कौशल केंद्र‘ के रूप में शामिल किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा 1 लाख नामांकित उम्मीदवारों के साथ लगभग 1000 कौशल केंद्र स्थापित किए गए हैं।
राष्ट्रीय प्रतिष्ठा वाली संस्थान जैसे IIT, IIIT, NIT और केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालयों के साथ-साथ, 2000 से अधिक संस्थानों को Targets आवंटित किए गए हैं। ISM धनबाद और IIT गुवाहाटी ने पहले ही “असिस्टेंट माइन सर्वेयर”, “ग्रीन हाउस ऑपरेटर”, “सेल्फ एंप्लॉयड टेलर”, “सोशल मीडिया एसोसिएट” जैसे प्रोफाइल के लिए ट्रेनिंग शुरू कर दी है।
NEP 2020 युवा के विकास और भविष्य की नौकरी भूमिकाओं के लिए उन्हें तैयार करती है। दो दिनों की इस आयोजन में नई दिल्ली में सोलह सत्र होंगे, 29 जुलाई से 30 जुलाई तक, जिसमें गुणवत्ता शिक्षा और शासन, समान और समावेशी शिक्षा, समाज-आर्थिक रूप से वंचित समूह के मुद्दे, राष्ट्रीय संस्थान रैंकिंग फ्रेमवर्क, इंडियन एजुकेशन सिस्टम, शिक्षा और कौशल भविष्य के काम के बीच सम्बंध और शिक्षा का अंतर्राष्ट्रीयीकरण शामिल होगा।
New Delhi The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, aimed at transforming India into a knowledge superpower, celebrates its third anniversary. The Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Samagam will be launched at ITPO, Pragati Maidan, on July 29, 2023, by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in honour of this milestone. In a two-day event, the Education Ministry and the Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Ministry will highlight NEP’s achievements.
Fractal Academics and Innovation at IIT Hyderabad
IIT Hyderabad exemplifies the NEP’s goal. Professor BS Murthy, the institute’s director, enthusiastically shared their pioneering NEP implementation. With courses ranging from 0.5 to 3 credits, IIT Hyderabad’s “Fractal Academics” initiative lets students explore topics in depth and breadth. Liberal arts make up 10% of all undergraduate programmes, which promote cross-disciplinary learning.
BUILD (Bold and Unique Ideas Leading Development) initiatives give students a semester break to work for Atmanirbhar Bharat companies. Technology Research Parks (TRP) and Technology Incubation Parks (TIP) encourage industry-academia collaboration to boost innovation.
Multidisciplinary approach at Hyderabad University’s Academic Bank of Credits
Similarly, Hyderabad University has implemented NEP’s concepts well. According to Vice Chancellor Prof. B. Jagdeeshwar Rao, students can enter and leave all Integrated Masters’ programmes using the “Academic Bank of Credits” method. 14 Diploma programmes are offered at the university’s Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning.
NEP’s multidisciplinary approach to education prepared kids for future problems by offering courses in “Gender Studies,” “Value Based Education,” and “NGOs and Nation Building” at the University of Hyderabad.
Vocational Education Integration at the Telangana State Skill Development Institute
The Telangana State Skill Development Institute integrates vocational education with general education. IIT, IIIT, NIT, and central universities have targets to deliver quality job training under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY 2022-23). Nearly 1,000 Skill Hubs have enrolled 1 lakh applicants.
Developing India’s youth for the future
India’s youth should be prepared for the future by implementing NEP, which fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Samagam in New Delhi will offer sixteen sessions on access to quality education, governance, equitable and inclusive education, Indian knowledge systems, the future of work, and internationalisation of education during its two-day event.
India is celebrating the third anniversary of its National Education Policy 2020, and academia, policy experts, and industry professionals must work together to unleash the power of NEP and become a global knowledge superpower.
