People who are new to Yoga can learn the basics by practicing asanas or pranayams. It is recommended that people should practice Yoga outdoors in the fresh air, which helps in energizing and refreshing. Yoga practitioners must spread awareness by teaching it to friends and people around them, further telling them about the life-changing benefits that come with practicing Yoga.
Long ago, Popular Sanskrit poet Bhartehari mentioned the importance of Yoga in his work; he said:
It means that people practicing Yoga on regular bases can imbibe qualities like courage which protects them like a father, forgiveness of a mother, and inner peace, which stays forever. People learn the truth as their children, forgiveness as their sisters, controlling themselves like brothers. Knowledge fulfills the hunger, and the earth becomes our bed.
