BITS Pilani Admission 2023: Those candidates who finished in first position in either PCM or PCB on their respective board exams are eligible for direct admission.
Winners of board exams are encouraged to submit an application for direct admission to undergraduate -UG courses at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani. Students may upload their completed application forms at bitsadmission.com.
The application fee for direct admission is a non-refundable 1,000 INR, and it must be paid by all candidates. The application period will close on the 15th of July. Direct admission to the institution requires applicants to have achieved the highest possible score on one of two portions of their relevant board examinations: either the
- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) section or
- Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) section
According to BITS Pilani, applicants who come in first rank holders in the PCM stream would be given priority when it comes to admission to all integrated courses. It was said that the only individuals who would be considered for admission to the Bachelor of Pharmacy program (B.Pharmacy) would be those who finished in first place in the PCB stream.
Other applicants who are interested in receiving admission to the institution are needed to take its entrance exam –BITSAT, in addition to those who finished in first place on their respective boards.
